In addition, Mr. Malak will serve as the group’s National Leader for its Investment Portfolio Valuation Practice, which provides valuation services to private equity firms and other alternative investment management companies. Mr. Malak comes to CBIZ Valuation Group from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Valuation Practice. Mr. Malak’s career of more than two decades includes senior roles with Ernst & Young LLP’s Valuation Practice, Brunswick Valuation Advisors, and Houlihan Valuation Advisors. Previously, he worked with Stanford Capital Partners. Mr. Malak’s valuation and financial advisory services experience includes large, highly complex, multi-disciplinary assignments, across the spectrum of industries, engagement purposes, and client needs. Mr. Malak has particularly deep expertise in valuation services to private equity firms, hedge funds, and venture capital companies.
