Kevin P. Nussbaum, SPHR,CFP and CPA - Mr. Nussbaum is Vice President of New Business Development and prior President of CBIZ Human Capital Services.  He has over 25 years of experience in human resources, healthcare and tax exempt entity structures. Kevin has guided clients through complex issues related to compensation plan design, incentives and pay-for-performance, benefits analysis and was instrumental in the first IRS approved physician/hospital gainsharing model.  Mr. Nussbaum is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.  

W. Kevin Moentmann, CFA – Mr. Moentmann is Managing Director – Central Region for CBIZ Valuation Group, LLC and has twenty years of experience in the valuation industry. His experience at CBIZ includes the valuation of businesses for merger and acquisitions, financial reporting, employee stock ownership plans, litigation support, shareholder disputes, estate tax and estate planning. Kevin has significant experience in the health care industry and has provided advisory and financial due diligence services on hundreds of health care transactions over the course of his career. He has experience valuing hospitals, physician practices and a variety of other health care entities. He has also provided compensation opinions on hundreds of physicians and health care positions.
